Where to Camp with Your Pet
All our campsites are pet-friendly, welcoming both RV and tent campers. All campsites offer water and electric hookups, as well as WiFi. RV sites all offer sewer hookups as well.
For an elevated experience, consider our Presidential Back-In Site, which features a private fenced dog kennel, a covered pavilion with a 60” outdoor TV, built-in grill, kitchenette, and even a washer and dryer. It’s perfect for keeping both humans and pets comfortable.
Please note: While our campsites are pet-friendly, our cabins do not accommodate pets.
Things to Do With Your Dog at Akron-Canton Jellystone Park
There are plenty of ways to enjoy Akron-Canton Jellystone Park with your pup. Let your dog cool off at Splashy Tails, our on-site dog water park, which features playful sprinklers, a shallow wading pool, and a dog-themed splash pad in a safe, fenced-in area.
Open daily from May 9 through October 26, 2025, Splashy Tails is the perfect spot for off-leash fun.
You can also take scenic walks through the campground’s loops and green spaces and relax together by your private fire ring in the evening. Please keep your dog leashed in all areas except the designated off-leash zones, and always clean up after your pet to ensure a great experience for everyone.
