Food & Beverage Team Member
Food & Beverage Team Members assist with daily operations of our concessions areas by preparing and serving food and beverages, operating point-of-sale systems, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. This role focuses on speed, accuracy, food safety, and friendly guest interaction during busy peak periods.
Mini-Golf / Gem Mining Team Member
Mini-Golf and Gem Mining Team Members oversee daily operations of these attractions by welcoming guests, explaining how each activity works, handling admissions and payments, maintaining equipment and play areas, and ensuring a positive, family-friendly experience.
Recreation Team Member
Recreation Team Members help lead and support daily scheduled activities and special events throughout the park. This role includes engaging with guests of all ages, assisting with setup and cleanup of activities, maintaining supplies, and helping create a fun, energetic atmosphere during games, crafts, themed events, and group activities.
Lifeguard
Lifeguards are responsible for maintaining a safe swimming environment by actively monitoring pool areas, enforcing safety rules, responding to emergencies, and providing excellent guest service. This position requires valid lifeguard certification and the ability to remain attentive, calm, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Pool Gate Attendant
Pool Gate Attendants manage access to the pool area by checking wristbands or passes, monitoring capacity, enforcing entry rules, and assisting guests with questions related to pool policies. This role plays a key part in safety, organization, and first impressions at the pool entrance.
Pool Slide Attendant
Pool Slide Attendants supervise the safe operation of water slides by controlling slide dispatch, enforcing height and safety requirements, monitoring rider behavior, and assisting guests. This role requires strong communication skills and consistent attention to safety procedures.
Ranger
Rangers escort arriving guests to their campsites or cabins, make site and amenity deliveries, enforce park policies throughout the campground, and assist with simple grounds and maintenance tasks as needed. This role is highly guest-facing and requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to move throughout the park efficiently.
Groundskeeper
Groundskeepers maintain the appearance and safety of the park by operating lawn and landscaping equipment, mowing grass, trimming trees and plants, completing campsite upkeep, and performing other tasks related to cleanliness, safety, and the overall visual appeal of the grounds.
Guest Relations Team Member
Guest Relations Team Members serve as a primary point of contact for guests by providing information, answering questions, assisting with check-in-related needs, handling retail or registration transactions, and resolving minor guest concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
Housekeeper
Housekeepers support daily park operations by monitoring cabin check-ins and check-outs, cleaning cabins in preparation for new reservations, sorting and preparing linens for laundering, and cleaning park restrooms and shared facilities. This role is essential to guest satisfaction and requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
